through my open window,
through my untraversed sight,
the roads are clean and empty,
the trees look greener,
as greener they could be.
the sun always rises & sets on the same window edges,
the clouds hover like phantom, from sight to outsight.
these birds that chirp every passing dawn,
the rain that patters every now,on my concrete lawn.
when nothin seems more perfect than this view,
and the world seems like a paradise every morning,
& stars twinkle my plaintive sky seiling;every post sunset dark.
when nothin could seem more perfect,
than the world i see,
the world as i see through my open window.
